1/2 tsp paprika or chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 15-oz can chickpeas
big handful spinach
1 tsp oil

Steps Pulse everything in a food processor, make into little balls (used a small an ice cream scoop, then shaped with my hands), put into well-oiled mini muffin tin or spread 1-2 inches apart on baking tray with parchment paper so it doesn't stick. Bake for 20 minutes on 400 F.
