Ingredients
Dry
1 C flour of choice
3/4 C sugar of choice
(I used a blend of truvia and coconut sugar)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Wet
2 Tbsp avocado, mashed
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 C yogurt
3/4 C water
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 C mini chocolate chips
(optional)
Steps Combine all dry ingredients (including chocolate chips, if using) and mix really well. In a blender, combine all wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined. Pour into greased 8-inch round pan.
