Edamame Pesto + Tandoori Chicken-less Chicknnn






Ingredients
1 C shelled frozen edamame
1 C basil (packed)
1/2 C spinach
1 Tbsp good olive oil
1/4 to 1/3 C water
1/2 small lemon 
4-5 walnuts
salt and pepper to taste


Steps Put all ingredients in a blender and blend your way to healthy, delicious pesto, nom.

Tips I ate mine with Zucchini Noodles (aka Zo0o0o0o0odles).

Tandoori Chicken-less Chicknnn

Ingredients
 Archer Farms Tandoori Sauce (Target)
1 pack Chicken-less Strips (TJ's)
Almond milk


Steps Empty packet of strips into a medium sauce pan, add 1/2 jar of sauce, add almond milk depending on how thick/thin you want it to be, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, and voila. Finito.
