Banana Pancakes
Dry
1/3 C Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sweetener
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Wet
1 Tbsp nut butter
1/2 banana, mashed
3+ Tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla
Steps Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Eat all of them yourself because these are single serve YEEE.
Tips Regarding the milk, start with less and add as needed. I like thick pancakes over thinner pancakes so I only use about 3-4 Tbsps. Also, I freeze my bananas beforehand when they are just ripe enough so I don't need to wait for my banana's to ripen when I crave these ffffing fantastic pancakes that taste better than banana bread.
