This recipe is adapted from my idol Molly Yeh. I didn't have all the ingredients that this recipe called for so I made some tweaks and I think it turned out pretty dope. I made them for my mom's birthday and she and my dad ate all 12 (okay fine I ate 2) 10 of them in two days. Must try them again with the OG ingredients!

1 1/8 C Flour
1 C Sugar
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
Wet
1 Egg
1/2 C Kefir (or Buttermilk)
4 Tbsp Tahini
1/3 C Water
